A qualified quantity surveyor with over two decades of construction contracting experience, my industry skill set spans project quantity surveying, commercial management, project management, pre-contract estimating and contract review and negotiation.

A trained negotiator and mediator, my refined interpersonal skills enable me to quickly form trusting relationships, enabling successful negotiated outcomes and effective conflict solutions.

I hold a Batchelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and post graduate degree in Construction Law (Master of Construction with Distinction in Construction Law). I also hold post graduate certificates of proficiency in Advanced Planning & Scheduling (Construction Project Management) and Advanced BIM. I am a member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors, the Society of Construction Law, and the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand. I convene the NZIQS Research Committee.
